The property felt welcoming and homey. It had everything we needed for our stay, very pleased. Owner was also very helpful and very resourceful.

I like that the key to get into the building and apartment was on my phone, didn’t have to remember to take a key out with me. Bed in bedroom was very Comfortable. Great location, friendly & helpful host.

Very good location. Walking to main tourist spots, restaurants and transportation. Host was helpful and responsive.

Shower stall was small and too tight to move around. It would be good to include the time of check-in in the email containing instructions for remote opening of doors.

Great location in Verona center, a short walk from the Roman Arena. The flat was nice, quiet and clean.

The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. Door opening via a website on the mobile phone was OK for us but not for everybody i think. Checkout at 10:30 is quite early and you can’t leave your luggage so need to plan accordingly in case of a late flight / train.

The charm of the apartment and the location, central and quite.

We missed a microwave and a freezer. Otherwise, excellent.
