No toiletries provided, despite listing stating they would be. When we queried this, our query was ignored. On fourth floor with very steep stairs.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of Verona. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped. Francesco was to respond to queries. We would happily stay here again!

"Awesome apartment and location"

We loved the location! Close to everything and such a great area. The apartment was lovely and had everything you need. The shower cubicles in Italy are so small though in general.

Lots of stairs, as advertised, but it's only the first trip with the bags that is the worst.
