first think the owner doesn’t answer to me when we came the place is third flour no elevator an very low space , no parking , no breakfast only eggs in freezer , people who want to have a fun don’t even think to hear to owner she is a tolling not true we very disappointed from this place

Perfect location. Our breakfast requirements for a child was complied (sereals and lactose-free milk).

We have missed one evening of our stay, because door locker got broken, and we were locked inn in the apartment for 3 hours, before fire brigade could open the door. We had almost missed our pre-ordered table at the restaurant and our mood was spoiled. But we didn't get offer about ANY compensation. About equipment, there is just one adapter at the kitchen, so you can use just one equipment at a time. There is no paper towels in the kitchen. Breakfast was not estimated for 5-nights stay for 2 adults. As regards airport transfer, we got info at it costs "mer eller mindre 20€", but we were charged 30 €, though we arrived at ordinary time (8.00 p.m.).

The most attractive element of that flat is the location, which is literally perfect! You live in the very heart of old Bergamo and everything is at the hand's distance including the funicular, which is just at the bottom of the building. The apartment is levelled & is very nice, being very spacious due to the structure and the second bed being at the upper level. The view from the apartment is also very impressive especially from the upper level area. Paola, the host, left quite a lot of food for the breakfasts, which you need to be very hungry to consume. It was also very nice that she offered some bottles of wine at the accommodation (at an extra price) in case you would like to taste them. It was also amazing that Paola agreed with the local parking on the parking space - as in the old city parking might be problematic. She also explained well what can be explored in Bergamo and provided the recommendation for couple of very good restaurants offering a discount there.

Nothing really that can be completely disliked as the accommodation and the location are just perfect in itself. But couple of things to consider are: 1. The towels could have been more comfy as the ones provided are not that much real bath towels being quite thin; 2. Wines offered could have been better; 3. The bed at the first level was quite squeaky as in fact it is not the bed, but the transferrable sofa. And also please read other feedbacks as if you are not comfortable to climb the stairs the accommodation may represent some challenges being located at the forth floor. It was not an issue for us, but I can imagine it can be for some other tourists.
