Spaciousness of the apartment and location being close to everything

No air-conditioning in the living area and air-conditioning in the bedroom was inadequate. Hence very warm apartment.

The location is perfect, 5 min by foot and you are in the center, great restaurants and caffes closeby. Apartment is nice, elegant and clean, sicilian style. Valeria, the host, is very friendly, attentive, she gave us great tips. And the owner who lives nextdoor, so gentle and nice, on our last day she came to check on us and gave us some sicilian cookies. Great expirience, couldn't reccomend more this apartment!

"A gem in Catania"

Perfect apartment with complete facilities, very comfortable, cosy and homely. Very convenient location with metro, bus stops (including airport and intercity bus) a few steps away. Central station is within walking distance. Several large supermarkets nearby. The hosts are super warm and friendly. She even took the time to show us around. We are so grateful and happy. So sad we have to leave. Will definitely return.

"Amazing stay!"

Very spacious, cozy, comfy beds, delicious coffee to make in the morning, elevator, right in the center, great trattoria on the same street, we had amazing stay!

some people were complaining about the morning noice from the street but it wasn’t bothering us ☺️ apartment was great, can’t complain about anything!

"Exceptional"

Great location!!!!!!!! Very close to the centre, bus in the airport, metro, 1 km to bus/train station, restaurants bars etc. The lady was really lovely to work with and extremely helpful. The kitchen is very well equipped. There is an elevator, but you have to climb 20 stairs to get to it. At night it's noisy from the street.

Huge space , great location, plenty of parking nearby. The lady was really lovely to work with and extremely helpful.

The Aircon in the main room was not very good, it didn't blow very cool air. Make sure to keep the bedroom door closed or it will be too warm to sleep - with the door closed the bedroom Aircon was cool enough.

great location - right in the bustle. clean and tidy and pretty. the lady who books you in is lovely and very helpful.

a little smaller than photos might lead you to believe and sofa bed not the most comfortable but overall very happy.
