Noise from outside

The host was very friendly, helpful, responsive, and flexible with our requests. The apartment itself is great and in wonderful location.

Overnight can get very noisy (regardless how you close the windows), since you have 3 bars under window + garbage collection will wake you up again around 5am (= take earplugs) - it’s worth the trade off for sleeping in the city center, but count with it before booking. Place can be a bit more clean

It was great, classical italian style at apartment, kind host, location was excellent and really good value for money. Clear 10.

The central location. The height of the rooms. Central hot water, not a small boiler. Many possibilities to park nearby. (Parking is paid everywhere in this area.). Responsive host.

I would like the bathroom and kitchen to be much cleaner. A cutting board is missing in the kitchen. There is only one knife. The kitchen cabinets and some other parts of the interior are in poor condition. Due to the number of restaurants and cafes nearby, it is quite noisy until late at night (as in many other places in Sicily).
