The location was excellent, the apartment was satisfactory, and the check-in and check-out processes were very smooth.

The only negative aspect was the lack of duvets for both the bed and the sofa. We contacted the reception by phone, even though it was late in the afternoon, but the response was that the staff responsible for such matters had already finished their shift. We also pointed out that the air conditioning was not working, which meant the night would be difficult due to the cold. The person we spoke to on the phone said he would inform the relevant team. However, the issue was not resolved that same evening, nor was it addressed the following day.

La struttura si trova in una posizione centrale. Un grande monolocale adatto per 2 persone Max.

L’appartamento era freddissimo, il condizionatore non riusciva a riscaldare l’ambiente. Inoltre era molto rumoroso e il Telecomando dato in dotazione non funzionava. Non ho capito se i termosifoni funzionassero perché ogni volta che li toccavo erano sempre freddi. Ho provato ad aprire e chiuderli, ma nulla. La tv ha solo canali convenzionali e alcuni non si sentono. Pochissime stoviglie, molto vecchie.

Korábban érkeztünk, de azonnal megkaptuk a kulcsokat az irodában, ami nagyon jó volt. Kellemes apartman, mindenből az alap felszereltséggel. November végén fúteni kellett, kicsit gondban voltunk a füűtés beindításával, de a harmadik napra minden megoldódott. Az irodán segítőkészek voltak.

Az ajtózárakkal volt némi problémánk, de segítettek...
