The bathroom had green mold on the ceiling , there was no internet and electric cables that could be tripped over

The appartment is really nice and big, the location and house is really good. We needed early check-in and host was so nice to offer us the appartment much earlier.

Close to beach as well the Lido central station

Was no Wifi as no router which they promised me to fit it in but they don't

Apartment is near the beach, shops and also the station. We could check inearlier, because apartment was ready for us.

It could be a bit cleaner and also could have more kitchen equipment. In the bathroom there was moldy ceiling. More personal acces could be fine.

Great location! Walking distance to the beach, shopping and restaurants.

A/C was loud and didn’t seem to work. Hot and uncomfortable at night. Black mold in the ceiling above the shower.

Great location, really spacious studio flat, oven works really well. It's a good value for the money. The apartment was clean (besides sofa), the bed was comfy as well

A kettle to boil water would be beneficial and maybe a bit more utensils (there was only one mug for example)

We have informed the staff that we will arrive around 1:00 AM. Apartment staff sebd me through WhatsApp the instructions how to get self-checked in. The self-check in boxes are almost one kilometre from the actual apartment, so it really did not felt safe to go through city at these hours, where frunk people yell at you. Finally we get to our apartment around 1:30 AM. And this is where the fun beggins.. We spend ONE HOUR trying to get through the first gate to the house. None of the keys did not worked.. We even asked some neighbour from the house number 7 (who probably arrived from the work) and asked him to open the gate. It did not worked either, so we needed to jump over the fence with backpacks, we woke up some lady from the house (and I am very sorry for that) so she told us how to get into apartment. After that we were finally inside od the apartment. Overall - ruined from the start, instructions useless, withou any response from their side to this time (I still can see that the message on WhatsApp was read)

1. The bathtub was big and comfortable enough. 2. The coffee machine was already equiped with 6 coffee capsules.

1.The freezer was left uncleaned same as space under the bed. 2. The key to the front gate wouldn't turn (might have been the case only for our apartment).

Location, customer service and the pictures matched exactly what we got, great location, highly recommend.

There wasn’t anything that I didn’t like.
