Absolute nightmare. The apartment is in a terrible neighbourhood, it is very complicated to get in and there is no useful help from anyone. The apartment is freezing and the air conditioning was very bad. Also no parking in the street.

Good. Location. Beautiful place to stay. Very clean

When we arrived our apartment was not ready. To compensate for our wait, we were offered a late check out. The next day we received a very irrate phone call because we had not checked out at 10 am. The situation was resolved after a difficult conversation
