Location, cleanliness, size

Espresso machine didn't work. Latex/plastic cover on mattress, under bed sheet. Very uncomfortable non breathing material.

"good location and property, but very untidy"

good location and nice looking facilities

very very dirty. had to clear bathroom ourselves before using. and hour after check in there was a cleaning lady asking, if she can clean the room, but it was too late and we didn’t notice the condition of the bathroom immediately Wi-Fi didn’t work (after recommendation to restart the router it still didn’t work)

I was put in a studio due to issue with apartment that was not to a good standard. It had minimal facilities, was cold (I had to sleep in clothes) and further out of town. It wasn't an enjoyable stay. Minimal contact from provider. Requested reimbursement but nothing confirmed, as yet.
