Great view and great location. Very clean and very friendly host.

The view is amazing. The house had everything we needed and even more. The place was shining clean. Pina was very kind, assisted with everything we needed.

Impossible location to arrive with luggage. Not accessible to adults peoples. The landlady is unpleasant and behaves very badly!!! It is not possible to shower more than one person at the same time.

The property is situated in Scala, a small hillside village in the Amalfi Coast. Its exceptionally clean, spacious, with all the amenities you would need for your stay. There is AC in every room, Netflix tv, toiletries, coffee even some treats to devour for free. The bedrooms are both comfortable and offer access to the balcony, which is the highlight of the stay. Grab the chance and enjoy a glass of wine, while admiring the calmness and the majesty of the view. The photos really dont do justice to the view. Its breathtaking yet peaceful at the same time. Our host, Pena, was incredibly accommodating and helpful with everything we would need, really making our language barrier seem not something that important. We will surely come back for more.

This is not a criticism of the property itself but the Amalfi Coast as a whole. During our stay we came to discover that transportation is both exhausting and not reliable. Scala is a hillside village, and in order to reach Amalfi Town, i would urge you to rent private transportation, even with difficult driving conditions.Vespas or motorbikes would be the best, as parking can be a pain, and is situated a little bit further from the property. Taxis are a rip off, buses are not reliable and sometimes dont even show up at all. For example, the bus line from Amalfi Town to Scala, was out of service, due to a recent bus accident so the only way to go to Scala is to get the bus to Pontone and walk up steep stairs to the property.

The view is absolutely gorgeous and I loved it The rooms are big and the beds are very comfortable The bathroom is beautiful, clean and you have all you need there - shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and toothpaste

There are a lot of stairs until de property, so if you got a heavy luggage is awful. You will pay the parking lot 15€/day and also a tax of 100€ as an assurance- that was not mentioned before. The host was a little bit aggressive when we asked about the assurance and said she won’t let us in if we don’t pay her the 100€ in CASH at the moment even if we paid already our staying there. We arrived at home after 11 pm and the water was not working in any corner of the house - specially in the bathrooms ( shower/toilet). We couldn’t use the toilet until morning and we couldn’t take a shower after we’ve been on the seaside the whole day.

Amazing view over the coastal towns of Atrani and Amalfi with balcony access from both double bedrooms. The most amazing lemons from the lemon garden and every amenity you could ask for was provided.

Mattresses are quite hard. The walk to Atrani/Amalfi is about 1.5hrs, rather than the 35mins advertised - however a shuttle bus is available just a 10min walk up the road to the Municipio square in Scala, which costs €1.30 and gets you there in 30mins.
