CASA BELLAVISTA Scala Minuta Amalfi Coast

I honestly can say, I have never stayed anywhere as beautiful as this place. It exceeds every expectation I had. The view from both large bedrooms are unbelievable, the host was an amazing woman who even taught us some Italian words! She also sorted us a permit for parking which was super helpful. The place itself has amazing facilities with Netflix, smart TV, bathroom has LED lights throughout and USB sockets around for easy charging. The walk to amalfi beach is a good 40 minutes down steep stairs but it gives unbeatable views so you need to do this at least once! Our host also picked us lemons from the lemon garden opposite which was a beautiful touch

The overall experience was TOP. Pina is very nice, she waited for us to help with the check-in and the parking permit -which helped us save a lot of money. The apartment has a breathtaking view, the area is very quiet and we had everything that was needed during our stay: shower gel, shampoo, fruits, coffee, champagne and small snacks for breakfast. The apartment has 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms, one shared living room + open kitchen.

The apartment is beautiful and well equipped, the bathrooms are exceptionally good and obviusly the view, which is superb. We only used one of the bedrooms. I read the reviews before so I knew what expected us in terms of the stairs to get there. If you can avoid carrying heavy luggage, it will make your life easier.

it was a very nice home, and the owner was very nice and sweet. She tried to help us the best she could, but she does only speak Italian so communication was a bit hard. Google translate helped a lot and the property is very close to a very nice little restaurant.

it was a bit far from Amalfi, I was expecting a walk but it was definitely longer then expected. If you don’t like stair steps I would rethink especially since the taxi is 30-40 euros each way. They do have a bus route, but it leaves you still with a 15 min uphill walk.

About 200 meters from the car park, so need to carry all bagagge, nice host but English is on very low level
