"Good base for exploring"

Very handy being close to the station for day trips. Lovely welcome and introduction to the place by our host , and an excellent list of recommended sites and restaurants. We enjoyed having meals on the balcony and found the apartment well equipped and easy to use. Great having 2 sets of keys and good quality linen.

The aircon struggles keeping the apartment cool on hot days and we would suggest using the balcony awning to try to keep the walls cool. The location is not the best but the apartment is on the top floor in a very secure block, very convenient to the station with a supermarket nearby.

"Great accomodation"

The location was perfect for the station as we had day trips to Verona and Milan. Security at the apartment was excellent. The apartment was well equipped.

Wonderful place, spotless, comfortable and filled with everything you may ever need. Great location, great bedding, lots of snacks, ice cream, yougurt , wine and beer are some of the big surprises!

Great accommodation in the the heart of Bologna. Host is very kind and helpful. We felt treated like home. Apartment has anything you may want, bus stop is minutes away. fFacing an inner yard, apartment is peaceful. Definitely recommend it!

"Great place to stay in Bolognia"

The place is impecably clean. You have everything you need in terms of amenities for short stays. The host is a really nice person that prepared everything you need in the apartment, even a guidebook to Bolognia. You can also find some thoughtful things left by the host in case you forgot your toothbrush or razor. And for breakfast you can find a few snacks whish is really nice for the host to.leave. The bed is comfortable for most people

The mattress is probably 190 cm and I am a little under that height. My soles were almost all the time outside the bed. I had to slighly change my sleep position to fit it.

"No worries"

Everything was within my expectations or even exceeded them. Choosing a flat over a hotel for a stay in a foreign city has its disadvantages, especially with absentee landlords. I never had that feeling here because I knew Fausto would always be available for anything.

I really can't remember anything negative.
