Old Center Station

Maybe a better description to destination It was only 5 mins from station but we didn’t go the shortest way !

Fausto is incredible. He was so patient , we struggled with connectivity . but he waited, showed us all the amenities , had tea , coffee and water available. What an exceptional host.

Our host, Fausto, met us at the apartment and ran through the facilities thoroughly. He also provided detailed notes and photos of places of interest and options for meals.

Excellent location close to the train station and easy walk to town.

The surrounding area is somewhat unclean and can be off putting with homeless people (and their dogs) sleeping rough. The property does not have a lounge or sofa. So if you forced to stay in due to heat or rain, you just have to stretch out on the bed.

Our host was very kind when he met us to hand over the keys and also gave us plenty of information about Bologna. It’s a very comfortable apartment for two, very well equipped with air conditioning, a washing machine, coffee machine and toiletries. The location was perfect for us as it was a quick and straightforward 15 minutes walk to the city centre as well as being right beside the train station so great for day trips.

The apartment was better than expected! Fausto was an exceptional host he met us even though our train was an hour late arriving. He gave us a thorough guide of the apartment and provided us with information on restaurants. It was very convenient to the train station and all the sights we wanted to see. Apartment was very comfortable, clean and had everything we needed for our 4 night stay! We enjoyed the bottle of local wine Pignoletto that Fausto left for us!!

There was nothing, we loved everything! I did buy him a bigger ice cube tray lol.

Everything, including the healthy itlaian cookies left on the table and the free mineral water and the free laundry.

This is a really small detail, I had a panic attack when I left, because I got to the last door and could not unlock it to get out the gate. So I waited two minutes and then another guest came by and showed me you have to push the tw0 red buttons on the outside building wall at the same time and then the gate opens. I think he forgot to tell me this. I think for Italians this is obvious but for an American from Oregon , this was not obvious because we do not have this system an home.

Everything. We were greeted by Fausto who meticulously showed us everything we needed to know about the apartment. It was comfortable and spacious. Facilities were excellent

Nothing. I would recommend a dustpan and brush.
