Old Center Station

Everything was fantastic...the apartment is perfectly located, only a few mins from the train station. Very comfortable & good -sized apartment, clean, well-furnished kitchen, centrally heated, nice balcony. Fausto is the perfect host - he was in constant communication with me, even before arrival, to arrange the check-in. During my stay, he was available for any advice or assistance. I had the most comfortable stay in his apartment in Bologna, and I would definitely stay there again. Thank you very much, Fausto!!

The property is very clean and has anything what you want. It's very near to to the restaurants and supermarket and tourist spots. Highly recommended to all.

Located near the Bologna Central train station, so convenient for train arrival/departure. Also very close to the historic center of Bologna. A Coop grocery store is nearby. We were grateful for the air conditioning and having a balcony was wonderful. The kitchen came supplied with everything we needed. We were very pleased with everything, and our host Fausto, was so friendly and helpful.

The apartment was small, but cosy. The host was extremely cheerful and welcoming. He had prepared for us a great stay - he had printed out information about the city and guided us where to go.

The air conditioner don't have the capacity to cool down the big space. It needs more time, but once it does, it is OK.

The apartment exceeded our expectations! It was in a great location, close to train station and centre. The owner was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely try to book this apartment again if we return to Bologna.

The building looks a bit ropey from the outside but it's lovely on the inside and the apartment is very nice indeed. Fausto the owner is very nice and very helpful and very thorough. He was flexible about our time of arrival and check out and he did everything he could to ensure that we were comfortable and happy in the apartment. It's a surprisingly short walk from the apartment into the town centre which is a wonderful place with lots to see and do. If you have a rental car you are better taking it to one of the nearby car parks rather than trying to park on the street. Half of the ticket machines on the street don't work and they don't take cards. The car parks are cheap, secure and huge and very easy to pay for. There is a bar right opposite the apartment building that is staffed by lovely people and has great drinks and snacks and a lovely atmosphere. The town centre is stuffed full of great places to eat and drink.

The area is not the nicest in the city but if you stick to the busy bars and the streets into the centre it is perfectly safe.

Location near Central Station, bus routes and for walking in the city centre. Very helpful and punctual owner. Exceptionally well equipped apartment with high quality bedding and towels.

No problem with the accommodation but the name and advertising photograph are misleading. The apartment is in a modern block on a high rise estate. More like real city living than just visiting.

Fausto was very helpful following the accidental injury of Alma, the renter, on arrival in Bologna. This review is written by her husband, Kevin.
