"Perfect spot for multiple days"

It was so easy to spend 4-5 days in Bologna staying here. Kitchen was well equipped, lots of coffee and cookies available - how nice and important to have those small gestures. It was possible to recycle, which always nice as it is normal.back home.

A couple of loose screws in the kitchen and toilet door hitting the floor when openingnit. That could be fixed to tone up the quality.

"A great base for visiting Bologna and day trips to nearby cities. The host Fausto is very welcoming and helpful."

Our second stay, so knew the location was good for us as we were going to use trains, supermarket 5 mins away and direct 15 walk to centre. Property itself, very secure, clean, quiet, excellent use of available space.

Very hard to say as we had chosen to come back.
