Casa Colonne

Location is amazing. Right in the heart of Amalfi. 5 min walk to port, 2 min walk to Duomo Amalfi. The apt is sparkling clean and has ALL you might need/want, including washer machine. Very safe. Host is amazing and helped to arrange all that i needed. The apt is on the top floor. So there are a lot of climbing involved, BUT as soon as you see the view from little balcony, you forget everything…. On a top of it Michele arranged for luggage, so we did not have to carry heavy bags ourselves on arrival and departure. With a view from this apt you do not need to hike to observation decks. It’s picture perfect. I slept with open balcony doors and woke up to sunrise and bells from Duomo Amalfi which you have partial view of as well as sea and mountains.. stunning

It’s not that I didn’t like. It’s just to know for someone who has problems climbing up the stairs.

Great location near the center of town. It's close to shopping and restaurants. Soundproof and peaceful. Views on the balcony of the sea and the church and the town and the hillside. This is an upscale property. The host, Miguel met us at the taxi and carried my wife's luggage. He is very helpful and knowledgeable. The place has a full kitchen, full bathroom, separate bedroom, family room with balcony.

We stayed 3 nights. We should have stayed one more night.

View from the apartment is amazing!! This was the perfect base for a visit to Amalfi. Alot of the many sites of Amalfi are right on the door step or within walking distance. Also, the accommodation has great access to alot of lovely restaurants for breakfast/lunch and dinner. The apartment inside is quiet and has a comfy bed. The decor of apartment is very elegant. The facilities are top class with a lovely stove for cooking. There is an unbelievable view of Duomo in main square from accommodation, and you can see the sea form the balcony and hear the distant sea if there is a swell in the evening. The host is really lovely, incredibly friendly and helpful. All questions were answered quickly. The host could not have done more for us.

The location is perfect, balcony overlooks a street where you can watch people coming and going and see the glorious Amalfi Lemons on sale. Ideal location for catching a ferry, wandering into the square for a lovely meal or strolling over the road to the beach. The host Michele met us from the ferry and walked us back which was lovely. The apartment itself is spacious, clean and very comfortable with all the amenities you need. The fresh coffee to have every morning was a treat and we’ve bought ourselves a cafetière to carry on this luxury.

Our host Michele was very nice and helpful. He gave us many good tips what to do in Amalfi coast. The apartment was amazing and the view from the balcony was spectacular. We were very pleased about everything. We will definitely come back in the future and recommend this apartment for others.

Clean, close to beach, shopping, grocery stores and restaurants. Mike our host is one AMAZING man. He met us at the port and helped us with our lugguage and took us to our home. Gave us excellent tips on everything and anything you need.
