Holiday Apartment in Historical Palace

The location of the apartment was perfect, close to everything within the main town. The apartment was huge, plenty of space for 5 of us. Parking was convenient as well. Enrica was a fantastic hostess, responded quickly to all of our needs. She even went above and beyond mailing items we left behind within 48hrs of our checkout.

The opportunity to live like a local in a historical building but with modern furnishings. A very lovely apartment just right for our family of 4. Comfy beds. Very thoughtful electrical sockets beside every bed, multiple light switches throughout the apartment, skylights in the bathrooms and master bedroom, big windows in the apartment, well equipped kitchen. Well located, it’s one of the closest buildings from the entrance of the walled city from carpark 7 which is down the hill. Note that the master bathroom is a jacuzzi with a shower head, while the common bathroom has a shower stall. The twin beds are in an open area outside the master bedroom, which for our kids was fine. The apartment is located on the top floor with sloping ceilings in the bathrooms, but not too low. Enrica was very responsive - 2 lights were not working and she came to fix them the next day on Christmas Eve, which I appreciated. Gorgeous views from our bedroom window and the small terrace.

Clean apartment with an incredible location. Apartment was spacious and had more than enough room for us. The host was incredibly kind and helpful. Will definitely be visiting again.

Nothing really. Elevator was a little confusing to use.

Fantastic location, nice and quiet and a lovely little rooftop area. A wonderful apartment, that I'd guess would be lovely at any time of the year.

Location, size, view, kitchen (even though we didn’t use it)

No stand up shower in main bedroom. Didn’t find the washing machine. Could have used more pillows.

The view, the garden, the experience of living for a week in a historical Tuscan village in a palazzo. The apartment was spacious, well presented and perched above one of the main gates.

Perhaps extra towels for long stayers, clearer instructions for TV and lights

Excellent combination of historical character with convince of modern solutions. The beds are very comfortable. Everything was just perfect!! Thank you Enrica :)
