Holiday Apartment in Historical Palace

Very specious and clean. Close to parking and convinient with dropping off luggage and was nice to have an elevator.

No air conditioning.

The apartment has definitely a potential for a nice place to stay, but…

The apartment is useless without air conditioning, it’s located in the attic, and only after booking, Enrica offers a remote controller to the air conditioning for an extra fee. I’m traveling a lot but this kind of practice I see for the first time. After I commented in a very gentle way that it’s inappropriate, not to mention about the air conditioning in the offer and selling it as something extra, Enrica wanted to negotiate the fee, but this is about the rule which is not fair, not the cost. In the end, she started lying that AC is not working now, which is a red card. The last thing I want to do on my vacation is to fight back with a scam offer. What will be next, charge for heating during winter?! PS. The jacuzzi tub was locked as well, but I didn’t have a time to check what is the fee.

The location was fantastic, right in the heart of Montepulciano. Host was very responsive to our needs. The view off of the balcony was beautiful and the tiny kitchen was absolutely adorable!

The second bedroom was a loft with no privacy. It was fine for our purposes but may not work for everyone.  also we did not have access to air-conditioning and it did get hot while we were there.

Absolutely phenomenal location, beautiful and spacious accommodations, clean and well appointed. The building is ancient but beautiful , with gorgeous details which we really appreciated. Excellent host.

Nothing

Parking in lot 8 made finding the apartment simple as the street is at the top of the incline access. The space is large and uncluttered.. nicely decorated. It is airy and the views around the city and from the small terrace are quietly peaceful. The kitchen has all that’s needed if you brought food as there are no groceries within the city walls. There are several nice restaurants to enjoy. We enjoyed opening all the windows to enjoy the evening breezes.Two bathrooms were pretty and everything functional. The building is secure and neighbors quiet. .

The second bedroom is a loft area. The beds are nice but it’s best for the early risers as it’s not as private as a true second room.. it would work well for children or groups that have similar bed and rise times.
