"Very spacious apartment"

We were overwhelmed when we opened the door. This place was huge. The living room, dining area and kitchen were downstairs, bedrooms and bathrooms were upstairs. It had 2 bathrooms and 2 extra beds in a loft. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was very comfortable and could easily fit a family of 4 adults.

"Excellent place to stay with a terrace overlooking the valley."

Elevator was convenient to get luggage up, terrace was great, location was quiet. Beautifully redone inside with nice kitchen, bathrooms, and bedroom. Liked the exposed beams with the old and modern feel. Kitchen equipped with oil, salt, pepper, and coffee. Host responsive to questions and help.

Really no major complaints. When booking make sure you understand the apartment you are getting (two types). Parking was a bit tricky for free spots (the white striped ones) on the upper P8 lot. Lower P8 lot was larger and free, just a slightly longer walk. Not a big deal, kitchen could use some better knives and cutting board.

"A fabulous apartment in a great location in the old town of Montepulciano."

This lovely apartment was furnished with beautiful antique furniture and had everything you needed for a great stay. We loved sitting out on the rear terrace with an aperitivo enjoying the panoramic view of the surrounding countryside. Enrica was a great host and ensured we had everything we needed and provided good recommendations for local restaurants and eateries. One of the best stays we have had in Italy.

"Loved Holiday Apartment and Montepulciano!"

Loved this apartment in Montepulciano! Great location; clean and comfortable. Nice to have two bathrooms. Well equipped. For 4 adults it was spacious and nicely decorated. Nice views from the little balcony for sunrise. Wish we could have met Enrica but our arrival time was uncertain. Maybe next time! Grazie

The location is amazing. Perfect place to explore Montepulciano and a lovely environment to be in with gorgeous views, charming rooms and very comfortable beds. It's a beautiful apartment and it was a pleasure to stay there. We'll definitely be back.

Honestly, nothing. I would live there if I could :)
