The keys and gate opener worked. Likely, it was our inability to figure out the instructions that led to our frustration with finding and using the keys. The location and spacious size of the apartment served our needs well. Good amenities.

There was no communication prior to arriving at the rental regarding how to get in. Fortunately, we did find the instructions in our email spam box. Tricky at first, but we finally figured it out. Also, the heat was not turned on when we arrived. Very cold outside and inside the apartment. The staff intermediately sent a crew to fix it. Although it took a while to get warm, the radiant floor equipment worked and we were happy.

BED BUGS – STAY AWAY Pictures are nothing compared to reality. There was spiders in every corner. Place was completely dirty. There was so much mold in the wall that it was falling on the floor. I never saw something like that, around 4cm tall from the wall. The garbage was full of trash, the washing machine had silverware covered with mold. Completely disgusting, dust all over. But the worst were the bed bugs on the mattress. My son was bitten, we had to take him to the doctor. We complain on the first day, they did nothing. Someone came to the house and took the garbage only. The crib mattress was much smaller than the crib itself, there was a rotten piece of fruit inside the closet, the showers were disgusting. Spiders nets and spiders all over.. But the worst are the bed bugs, we had a lot of work not to bring it home

Everything was great. The host was very helpfull, wit very accurate instructions for the online checkin and keys collection. The apartment was very nice and confortable
