"Great stay!"

Place is huge, clean and very well maintained. You even have an access to backyard. Very close walking distance to everything.

If you have a car bigger then mini, parking is complicated. Property has a garage, but it’s very hard to park in there.

"Apartment in Como"

The apartment is renovated in ground floor. l liked the flowers on the entrance . Easy to access with parking . very clean with full kitchen.

Second bed is not comfortable and needs to be changed and price needs to be reduced.

"Ideal for a Weekend in San Giovanni"

Great communication from the start and easy check-in instructions received via Whatsapp upon completing and uploading guest details (required by the Italian government). The hosts seem to be a operating company who run few guest houses. The property was really close to San Giovanni station and easily to reach from Milan. The place was large enough to accommodate 6-8 people however were only 3 of us staying to plenty of room. Flat was clean and everything in good working order. There is a nice cafe next door for coffee and pastry if you need and the town centre is literally 5 minutes walk away with lots of restaurants around. The ferry terminus was also not far away - can easily walk and buy the preferred ticket for the time (highly recommend) if planning on visiting other villages around the lake.

The apartment lacked natural light as sun disappears quite early on as the property is perched closer towards the hill and since visiting during the heatwave, the outside area wasnt of much use as the air-con fan is located outside which just blows warm air (could be ideal to use in Spring rather than in Summer on extremely hot days). Otherwise the flat was lovely, large and clean.
