Location !!! The piazza Duomo was amazing!! Would stay there again . Charming place!

Die Wohnung ist eine absolute Zumutung für diesen Preis! Ausstattung ok mehr auch nicht! Sauberkeit katastrophal, Mülleimer waren nicht geleert, alles total runtergekommen und dreckig. Türen schließen nicht also für uns kommt diese Unterkunft nie wieder in Frage auch nicht wegen der fantastischen Lage.

The property is extremely well located, with a beautiful view of the Duomo. It’s just a few steps from the Lake, the Duomo and all the shops, restaurants and amenities. The apartment was very clean and organized, supplied with everything you need for a smooth stay. The rooms are very spacious and besides the bathroom there’s also a separate toilet. Self checkin was easy. In general terms this is a great place to stay.

We were unlucky that during our stay there was a renovation/construction happening in the inner part of the building. This affected our overall experience a lot, as the drilling/sanding noises were unbearable from 7am. Seemed that the construction was happening inside of the bedroom (recordings are available). We felt that this could’ve been previously told by the owner before the free cancellation period ended, so we would’ve had the chance to change if we wanted. We stayed from Thursday to Monday and the only day with no construction noise was Sunday. We also point out that due to the fact that the property is on top of restaurants and bars, on Friday and Saturday the noise of music and people at night is quite loud too. Besides that, there’s still the church bells. All in all, the construction noise bothered us the most. For the price we paid in this property, we were expecting to have had better rest.
