The location was great, right in the heart of Bologna.

Unfortunately the apartment needs some love. It is weathered and needs some updating. A number of items need repairing. The timber around the mirror in the bathroom had fallen off. The bathroom sink and toilet were dripping. The toilet roll holder was broken. Some kitchen crockery and utensils did not appear to have been washed and coffee machine looked like it needed a good scrub. We paid for six nights and even though the host was happy to oblige and quick to respond, we had to ask for a change of towels and toiletries.

It took a long time to organise to get keys: a lot of chasing. No WiFi for few days. Cracked and chipped mirror over bed!, Broken moulding in bathroom. Mould on shower attachment. Worn out wash basin plug. Worn out upholstery on both chairs , worn out upholstery around bed, cigarette burns. Extremely noisy apartment , without proper double glazing, could not sleep from drunk screams ………till 4am. Peeling wardrobe vaneers. The bath tub full of black spots and marks. Stained and loose toilet seat. The apartment once used to look good : now it is very worn out and tired . As a result extremely expensive apartment for a run very run down uncomfortable place. Incorrectly advertised : if I knew the condition of apartment I would not have touched it. My Italian colleagues said I was conned for the money I paid. Awful experience

Fantastic location overlooking Piazza Maggiore, facilities met our needs.

Bathroom was slightly mouldy.

La struttura e' centralissima nel centro storico, si affaccia proprio sulla Piazza Maggiore, dove c e la vita Bolognese. Ci vogliono 20 minuti a piedi dalla stazione centrale a passo tranquillo. Interni molto carini e con idromasssggio! Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Abbastanza vecchieggiante rispetto alle foto. Inoltre nn è possibile controllare personalmente il riscaldamento
