A little pearl in the hills near Rome. And yes it's tiny, but it has got everything you need: comfortabele bed,a very well equipped kitchen and always a pré for me: a balcony! Situated in the 13th century medival citta Sermoneta. In the Netherlands we say :"schilderachtig" witch means "like taken from a painting" Great restaurants on walking distance. Giulio is a very fine host.

"A great property in a beautiful village."

This is a great property right in the middle of Sermoneta. Giulio gave us very good instructions on how everything worked and we didn't need to ask him any additional questions. Great host !

"Perfect place for me!"

Perfect location is an historic building. It has everything you need. It does have narrow stairs so you need to be good on your feet. That’s the was things are some 500+ years ago when it was built as a watch tower. It’s charming, as is all of Sermoneta. I’ve returned to this place 3 times now.
