Not the place for a large person or someone with knee problems otherwise excellent.

Everything was perfect

At first appearance the house is very cute looking and very atmospheric looking

The noise. Once inside you realize that the house is bordered on 2 sides by a busy laneway and the main road up to the castle. People sit outside and chat away to each other,you hear everything.. I stayed on a Saturday and loud music played from the bar a couple of doors down from 2 pm until well after midnight. The homeward bound drunks went on for another hour. Bin collection started at 7 am. I would advise others to be fully aware what they are reserving with loud noise. In my opinion it is not a suitable property to let to unsuspecting guests given it's location. The owners I have complaint with, very efficient,all by WhatsApp. Sorry but awful stay in a stunningly beautiful town

A very special home full of character in the old town. The space was perfect for us while walking the Via Francigena Sud. Washing machine provided. Supermarket next door. Stamp for the credential was at the tourist office a few doors away. A remote (key code) yet friendly welcome and personal. The layout is unique and the space has been cleverly used. As advertised. It's fully equipped. Comfortable warm bed and good lighting.

The street noise can be bothersome if you're a light sleeper. The bathroom is very small and can be challenging for tall people although ok. Clever use of space.

Great location, lovely old building, everything provided and easy to use.

The stairs and shower were a bit awkward to use for us.

perfect location. the owner and his father are very helpful. if you don’t speak Italian that’s okay. the apartment is on two levels so if you have disabilities you need to take that into account. it’s as updated as much as possible but it’s still in a building built in the Middle Ages. Sermoneta is a gem! I’ve stayed her twice now. very comfortable bed. Seems most tourists are unaware of this place, but I’d say it’s the most beautiful small village I’ve ever seen in Italy.
