Realkasa Towers Loft

The location is fantastic. Easy to reach by foot from the train station, very central, yet in a quiet street. There was no noise even during the busy pre-Christmas weekends. Lots of good restaurants around and also easy access to supermarkets. The apartment is equipped with basic cookware and even a moka coffee machine. Very good. The washing and drying machine works very well.

The mattress is not the greatest and the pillows are paper thin. There are no mattress or pillow protectors, and the blanket was not inside a duvet. The bed spread had some crusty stains. There were hairs that were not mine on the bed linen, one of which was ripped and the other had many holes. In the space between the mattress and the bed there was a lot of dust, hairs and even a receipt from the prior month (which was not put there by me). The light switches were grimy.

Great location, value for money, within walking distance of mostly everything, well furnished, kitchen with utensils and crockery, a much appreciated kettle, great heating and easy access via code and key. Would definitely stay here again.

If I really had to find a fault, it would be the soft mattress, but that could be an advantage for someone else.

De erg centrale ligging van ons appartement in het centrum van Bolonga, zorgde ervoor dat we ons appartement eigenlijk alleen maar gebruikt hebben om te slapen en te douchen en te ontbijten. Daarvoor was het appartement een schot in de roos.

We hebben 5 overnachtingen gehad in het prachtige appartement. We hadden verwacht dt de badhanddoeken minimaal 1x verschoond zouden worden. Dat was een kleine tegenvaller. Verder hebben we erg genoten van Bolonga en het appartement in Via Caldareze!!!

Das Apartment ist modern eingerichtet und verfügt über ein großes Bad und einen Balkon zum Innenhof. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und verfügt u. a. über einen Gefrierschrank, kleinen Geschirrspüler und eine Waschmaschine. Es war sehr gründlich gereinigt. Obwohl das Apartment direkt im Zentrum liegt, war es sehr ruhig dort. Ein Supermarkt befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Den Müll kann man gleich um die Ecke in den Container an der Str. Maggiore entsorgen oder in einem der überall vorhandenen Mülleimer. Für den Restmüll benötigt man allerdings zum Öffnen des Containers eine Karte, die im Apartment bereit liegt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war ausgezeichnet. Ich hatte über booking.com Probleme mit dem check-in link und bin dann direkt in Kontakt getreten. Auch eine Anfrage vor Ort wurde umgehend beantwortet. Der Zugang zum Apartment war einfach. Es gab ein paar Stunden vor Ankunft eine E-Mail mit den Zugangsdaten (größtenteils bebildert). Es gibt einen Türcode für die Eingangstür zum Haus. Neben der Apartmenttür befindet sich dann ein kleiner Kasten. Nach Eingabe eines weiteren Codes öffnet sich dieser und man erhält die Schlüssel. In diesen Kasten hinterlegt man die Schlüssel auch wieder am Tag der Abreise. Bei meinem nächsten Bologna-Aufenthalt werde ich mich wieder für diese Unterkunft entscheiden.

Es gibt nichts zu kritisieren.

Great location close to the main piazza. We didn't need the owners for anything but the instructions they gave were very good. Love the air con!

The handle on the fridge is broken off and my husband accidentally cut his hand on it. Wasn't a huge deal but just something to note. Some extra pillows would be good :)

Appartamento accogliente e pulito. Funzionale e ben organizzato. La posizione ottima.
