Very conveniently located Clean & tidy

Bed quite hard, pillows need renewing

Location was great, within short walk to many restaurants, cafes, bars etc. Washer dryer was good to have.

Bed was quite uncomfortable, very thin mattress. Only had 2 extremely thin uncomfortable pillows. Floor was quite dirty, entire apartment very dusty and smelt mouldy.

Big and clean and quite apartment, Good location.

Communication random by e-mail and WhatsApp. In the end I had to call to get instructions. The instructions to get and deposit the key needed fantasy (annoyingly so). Yes there was a coffeemaker and a stove but no coffee (not adequate for the price of the apartment.)

The address and where to meet for the key handover was a little confusing, but worked out. Linda was terrific.

Central location

Could do with a lick of paint on some areas of the apartment.

It’s a great location close to everything you could possibly want to see in the beautiful city of Bologna.

When we arrived we were told the property hadn’t been cleaned but it would be so we left our bags and left to explore. When we came back it had not been cleaned - dirty towels, dirty unmade bed etc from previous guests. The property were not helpful and did not help until the following morning so we had to sleep in unclean bed etc. Property management were very unsympathetic and most I was offered was a refund for the one night. I had to chase the refund 3 times before eventually receiving it.

We liked the location.

The smell in the bathroom, the fackt you have to take your own rubbish out, the neglected tarrace - court.
