Very good location and a very quiet place.

I don't like that you have to pay extra, if you check in after 19:00. In the end, it's not my fault that some planes are late in the evening.

Everything was great but the bedding: no blanket whatsoever and too thin and uncomfortable pillows. We would have preferred a blanket and thicker or additional pillows instead of a few extra and unnecessary things in the apartment such as a vacuum cleaner.

The room is located in the heart of the city, very close to the two towers. It's a big, spacious room, ideal for a couple.

The internet connection was probably the worst one that we ever had in all these years traveling.

Very clean, comfortable, and well-located.

Advance check in procedures cumbersome and time-consuming. Whole experience somewhat bureaucratic. Multiple messages on same topic. (It’s an agency.)

Location was amazing, the flat was awesome, I will be staying again next year for sure.

The show over flowed a couple of times. but everything else was brilliant.
