The location couldn't be beat - very close to the Piazza del Mercato, and still very quiet during thos time of year (April). Riccardo was a very responsive host, and his restaurant recommendations were excellent. The place was large for 2 people. The bathroom was updated and everything looked very nice.

Riccardo gave good directions on how to get to the apartment using the moving walkway. However, we did not understand the signs to get to the moving walkway from the parking garage. The line from Posterna parking is Line 3, colored yellow on the maps. The signs at the parking garage seemed to us to say the walkway was on the 3rd floor. However, you must go all the way down to the bottom floor, and outside, next to the parking payment machines, to catch the correct walkway. I suggest not trying to walk to the apartment- Google Maps were very confused and took us to the wrong place.

La posizione era buona

Pulizia approssimativa e in generale poco accurata…. Ci sono due finestre senza la possibilità di oscurarle per la notte, ambiente chiuso e difficile ricambio dell’aria, materasso molle, cuscini scomodi…

Sijainti oli erinomainen! Asunto sijaitsi aivan keskellä historiallista keskustaa. Huoneisto oli juuri kuten kuvissa ja erittäin siisti. Yhteydenpito majoittajaan toimi erinomaisesti. Hän antoi jopa vinkkejä lähiravintoloista ja tekemisistä, mikä oli mielestäni erittäin ystävällistä ja helpotti muutaman päivän reissuani. Myös wifi toimi moitteetta, mistä antaisin vielä lisäpisteitä.

En keksi mitään parannettavaa.

Confortevole!

Ci è piaciuto il fatto che la struttura fosse in una zona silenziosa, seppur centralissima. L'appartamento è confortevole, caldo, bello e curato, a due passi dal bellissimo duomo di Spoleto e dal Teatro Caio Melisso. Host disponibilissimo, e i suoi genitori, anche di più! 😀

Appartamento comodo e accogliente. È un monolocale ben organizzato collocato proprio nel pieno centro storico di Spoleto; pertanto se l’obiettivo è quello di girare la città è perfetto.

Poco fornito a livello di cibo per la colazione e capsule per il caffè. Potevano fornire qualcosa in più.

I really appreciated how this old half-basement space has been transformed into a stylish, modern apartment. It’s perfectly located—just a 5-minute walk to every activity during the Spoleto Music Festival, right in the heart of the historic town. A lovely place to enjoy your time! One special touch I truly valued was the welcoming letter from the owner. Written in very formal Italian, it expressed a deep sense of respect toward the guest, which I found both touching and elegant. The only thing that was missing was an iron! For ladies traveling to attend the festival, it’s quite necessary to keep their attire in good shape. However, I communicated this to the owner, and I believe it will be addressed for future guests.
