La struttura è in posto strategico… molto accogliente, pulito .. il proprietario molto cortese e ci ha indicato diversi posti dove mangiare e fare colazione e ci ha dato indicazioni dettagliate dove si trovava l’appartamento…

Che parcheggio e a pagamento

L’appartamentino è davvero caratteristico e confortevole e la posizione è veramente centralissima: se ci si vuole concentrare su Spoleto, ci si può dimenticare la macchina! Ma oltre all’appartamento, ringrazio Riccardo, il nostro host, che si è accertato che tutto andasse bene dall’inizio lasciandoci informazioni molto dettagliate e puntuali per raggiungere la struttura, consigliandoci anche ristoranti e locali per poter esplorare al meglio il borgo. Casa grande, dotata di qualsiasi necessità e bella! In pieno centro storico, proprio vicino al Duomo, con tanti locali accanto

È stata chiusa l’acqua di notte senza preavviso, ma non dipendeva dal proprietario. Per il resto tutto top!

Amount of space, location in city and ground floor location.

Small items. No corkscrew (in Italy?), would have liked to had a bit more contact with host… unfortunately, this seems more common

The location is outstanding. The property is comfortable and well equipped.

There was an issue when I first arrived. I don’t know if this was a booking.com issue or the owner but my arrival was not communicated. I waited for almost 2 hours to get in. I think/hope this was an anomaly. The rest of my stay was very good. I’d stay again but I’d make sure I communicate with the owner well in advance.

Very quiet and very well located. Lovely rustic ceilings
