The seating is sensational - in the middle of the center of historical Spoleto. It is as close as you get!

A stunning modern apartment with beautiful classic features in the perfect location, just round the corner (so very close but also quiet) from all the main sites, bars and restaurants of Old Town Spoleto, and across the road from the escalator entrance! (Perfect when carrying heavy luggage) fantastic communication from the owner.

Nothing except having to leave!

The location is good. It was easy to pick up the keys. There is a coat rack with hangers, so we could do some hand wash while we were there. Other than that, we were not happy with this property.

This is not a comfortable property. It has two pieces of furniture that can be unfolded and used as a second bed. Both are exceptionally uncomfortable and should not be considered beds. In addition, the property is dirty. One of the fold-out furniture pieces has multiple stains, so we didn't even use it as a place to sit much less as a bed. The comforter on the main bed has stains on it. The floor is dirty. The toilet is dirty. Two of the four kitchen chairs are broken. One was broken when we arrived. The other one collapsed under my husband as he was sitting on it -- and he is not an overweight guy, so that was not the cause. With all the stains and broken furniture, there was no place to sit and feel comfortable. I could go on, but I will leave it at that.

A beautiful property right in the heart of Spoleto. Loved the design of old meets new, very spacious and comfortable. Early check-in was also made possible and very easy too. We did not cook during our stay but the kitchen area was modern & clean. Perfect location for walking La Rocca each morning & for caffe/aperitivi in the nearby piazza.

Loved everything

What a wonderful stay. We had 8 nights at Montella in November and it was perfect. The property's location is excellent just around the corner from palazzo Mercato - the heart of Spoleto since the Roman days and the Cathedral of Santa Maria. The apartment was clean, warm and well organised. All of the little things were right - cooking utensils and kitchen, towels, coffee, bathroom...all perfect. We spent our days hiking in the surrounding hills (Spoleto/Monteluco) and villages (Clitunno, Eggi, Trevi, Spello, Montefalco) so it was important to have a good, comfortable home. It was the perfect temperature, location, it was quiet and peaceful and our host was really lovely. Double checking to see if we needed anything. We were both a little sad to leave and would love to return one day. As for Spoleto (as newcomers to the area) we are so glad we stopped here over neighbouring villages. It is really great, enough to keep one occupied for days/weeks - great theatre, cinemas, galleries, churches, restaurants, hiking, ruins, etc. Really a perfect stay!

All great - the apartment is lovely. It is very central and in a perfect location (you can hear people at night but that didn't bother me).
