Shower had plenty of hot water. Clean. A big fridge. All essential was there.

We didn't realize NO elevator. The room was a little chilly, but we couldn't figure out how to turn on heater.

We were let in early to drop off our luggage which was great because we wanted to go to Pisa. He also carried my luggage upstairs for me.

Gabriele is an exceptional host, he knows how to enhance your experience even before arriving to the apartment, He provided clear information about how to get there and check in, He gave us plenty of information about the area, he kept a close follow up during our stay in La Spezia, recommended us where to eat, and he wrap it up with a nice feed back. This guest is a great communicator and a model of customer service. "Communication is the lifeline of any relationship" Elizabeth Bourgeret About the place the location is perfect to walk to the city downtown and to visit other places by train. It is clean and has all we needed: Washer machine, equipped kitchen, hair dryer, iron, etc. I won't hesitate to book it again.
