All perfect for me

Close to train station, was great to have a washing machine.

Careful of the stairs leading up to the apartment, some not level and tiles loose, slipped down and hurt myself.

Property was close to train station and provided easy access to see Cinque Terre. There were dishes, pots, and pans for cooking. Amazing communication with the owner of the property, the instructions getting to the apartment are extremely detailed and good. He checked in to see if we made it there safely and asked us about the stay.

Building is a little run down but looks to be started renovation on the outside. Tiles on stairs are broken in locations and unsteady but that is the building and not the apartment. A few quick points of feedback about the apartment that I was shocked didn't show up in other reviews and reviews are the way I make decisions about accommodations. 1.) If you go in March and weather is still cold, we were unable to locate the heater in the apartment and it was cold. For the owner, I would recommend providing a safe space heater for guests or leaving instructions in the location on how to turn on the heat. There were instructions about the air condition which was great but that wasn't what we needed. Again the communication is so good in other areas so just a recommendation. 2.) We cooked while here, instructions on how to turn on the hotplate would be nice. It took about 20 minutes of fiddling with the buttons to figure it out because it was holding multiple buttons together and my husband still doesn't know which buttons worked. 3.) Extra blankets were great, the pillows are really flat and hard. If pillows mean comfort to you, bring your own.
