"Nice accommodation"

Host of accommodation had given me details on location and check in details which I felt was useful. Need to climb 2 floors of stairs to accommodation but normal in Italy. Location was very near train station. Easy access to Cinque Terre via 1 day pass. Everything was good in the apartment with kitchen, washing machine, etc.

"Amazing base camp for Cinque Terre and Porto Venere!"

I liked the fact that it was close to the city center and really close to the train station. It was quiet and peaceful. And it had all the necessary facilities.

I didn't like the scales outside the window.

"Very convenient for the railway"

Good location if you want to be near the railway station Owners great communicator regular updates on arrival and departure and how to find the location and enter the flat

Building has scaffolding all around it and not a great area in terms of street people also a fair walk to the better part of town

"Convenient Hotel directly across from the La Spezzia Train Station."

Location, location, location! We had a 3 day Cinque Terre park pass and the hotel was perfectly located to come and go. Even after dark we felt safe catching a train in one of the 5 towns and returning to our hotel. Lots of convenience stores and take out spots. It is also an easy walk to the port and the great dining options in that area. If you are staying in La Spezzia to access Cinque Terre, this is the hotel for you.

Gabriele the host of the property will contact you a few days before you arrive to give you easy and clear instructions to get to the property. Even though it is across from the railway station you do not hear any noise. A very quiet place. La Spezia is the start of getting you to the 5 lands. Everything you need including cooking stove, kettle , washing machine, iron and ironing board a blessing to have halfway into my trip. You will find the cupboards and fridge have your requirements for breakfast and even supply pasta. The property was clean and very comfortable. Have already recommended this place to family and friends. Wonderful and friendly hosts
