Sehr schöne, grosse und saubere Wohnung auf zwei Etagen. Treppe etwas schmal und steil, was für uns aber kein Problem war . Die Wohnung hatte eine komplette Ausstattung (inkl. Waschmaschine) und liegt an guter Lage.

Einziges kleines Manko war das Bett. Der Lattenrost war defekt und mit Brettern notdürftig geflickt. Die Matratze hängt, wegen dem defekten Lattenrost, etwas durch, was für meinen Schlaf nicht gerade förderlich war.

Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe des Zentrums. Wir haben alles zu Fuss erkundet. Sehr ruhige Lage. Einige Treppen. Aber das Bad liegt im oberen Stock neben dem Schlafzimmer. Sehr schön eingerichtet. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt!

Appartamento comodo a tutti i servizi e dotato di ogni confort. Pulitissimo, letto molto comodo! Salvo disponibilissimo e cordiale, ci ha dato ottimi consigli per visitare la zona. Stra consigliato!

the loction is 1.5 k from the city center there was no clean sheets on the beds no kettle to do coffees or tea .balcony faced the cort yard were niboures were sitting out all day ,very steep staircase wich we fine hazerd it didint look like the pictures when we booked

Appartamento super accogliente, colorato e spazioso con due bagni. Vicinissimo ad Ortigia, posizione davvero ottima :) Si trova in una zona molto tranquilla e privata. Salvo davvero molto gentile e simpatico! Grazie per il caffè e per le dritte sugli spot :)

Ci abbiamo messo un po' a capire come regolare il condizionatore per non svegliarci con la cervicale hehehe si trova proprio sopra il letto. Niente di grave comunque, basta solo regolarlo bene. Tassa di soggiorno non segnalata e non inclusa nel prezzo finale, attenzione ;)

Appartamento situato in una posizione ottima. Dista circa 15 minuti a piedi da Ortigia. L’appartamento si trova in una zona tranquilla e anche nelle settimane centrali di agosto non abbiamo mai avuto difficoltà a trovare parcheggio (trovato sempre davanti l’appartamento o poco più avanti). Il proprietario Salvo è stato veramente molto gentile e sempre disponibile. Ci ha dato degli ottimi suggerimenti dove andare a mangiare e sulle spiagge da visitare. Se dovessi ritornare a Siracusa sicuramente riprenoterei questo appartamento.

Very good location, we visited everything just by walking. The house is great, it had everything we needed, the host was kind.

Sometimes a bad smell came from the sink's drain. When the drain is blocked it doesn't smell anymore, so we kept it blocked when not using the sink. Cleanliness could be a bit better, but the sheets and towels were OK, just some details like the mirror, dust on the stairs etc. Nothing major. I would choose the accommodation again, and I'm a clean freak.
