- the apartment was big - it had a place to enjoy a drink (the terrace near the bedrom) - italian-specific building - location near harbour - enought storage to place clothes & shirts

- stairs to the apartment and between floors are steep - matress was a bit inconfortable

Very clean and new apartment. 15min walk from Ortygia. Salvatore is always available in case you need anything and will solve any problem very quickly.

A minor detail, but I found the staircase in the apartment a bit steep :)

Very close to Ortigia, Free parking on the street, nice and spacious apartment full of light. The host was very nice.

Apartment was very clean and close to the city center. Owner was helpful and helped us to enter to the apartment very quickly. We recommend it!!

If you would like to live as an Italian this is the perfect location for you. Some neighbours sit in the patio, the other neighbour has a speaking parrot and a cat. Sunday there is a street market very close in Piazza Santa Lucia. From the apartment you can walk to Ortigia and to the Greek Theatre. The apartment has all you need, all functions perfectly including the internet, there is also a coffee machine with tasty Italian coffee provided by the host.The host is nice and very polite. Check in and out very efficient. Strongly recommend.

Great location, walking distance to the center. Very big and newly renovated. Free parking in front of the property. Very responsive hosts.
