Realkasa Clavature Apartment

Utrolig god beliggenhet midt i kjernen av Bologna. Fin leilighet med to soverom som ga god mulighet til alenetid. Veldig godt å kunne sove uten forstyrrelser fra reisevenner.

Badet var flott, men vannet i dusjen var is-kaldt :-( Kipt å ikke kunne dusje uten å være isbader 😒

There was no breakfast. The location was excellent.

The hot water in the bathroom shower needs to be fixed! We had to run the water for 20 minutes in order for the water to heat up.

Great position very comfortable

Hot water would only work with heating running which was cold more often than not . Lighting in hall not working

Location ... and that's about all. The 2nd worst apartment we have stayed in hundreds of stays in 38 countries.

- ILLEGAL request to sign BEFORE check in a post-date separate "leasing agreement" with the owner and his representing agency for future payments of other amounts, different to my ALREADY PREPAID booking directly with booking.com - SAFETY HAZARD and ABSENCE of HOT WATER during the whole stay. The agent who handed the keys tried to fix the gas-boiler with a kitchen knife. When I asked him if he is certified to tamper with gas-appliances he said that “he has observed others doing it”. I requested to be repaired by a proper technician with a proper set of tools and this guy walked away claiming that he could fix it but it was me that declined his service. They offered after two days to move us to other apartment and sleep on a shared couch and finally "fixed" it on final night, leaving the bathroom a dirty mess with footprints on our floor and towels - NO COFFEE MACHINE, inaccurate listing. When I asked for it, I got a rude response that the small mocha pot is the Italian Coffee Machine. It is a ktichen utensil .... NOT a machine - NOISY AIRCONDITION only one in the living room, inadequate for cooling the apartment - WARN OUT MATTRESSES resulting in bad quality sleep. Especially the left part of the double bed. One single bed with bended frame and squeaky - CHEAPY amenities ... one half depleted toilet paper, greasy cabinet handles, bathroom air extraction just a hole in the wall staffed with paper (see my photo for proof), one worn out thin pillow per person, no pillow covers. - DUST and DIRT everywhere. Last time that the couch was cleaned was during the Noah flood. - NO extra bags for litter and recycling ... but they are too insisting to separate and throw garbage yourself, even if you have paid extra for final cleaning fee.

Character, location, comfort, ambience

Hot water hardly ever worked and needs fixing and frying pans need replacing.

Appartement très bien situé dans le centre historique de Bologne. A côté de la Piazza Maggiore. Emma est une hôte très sympathique qui nous a accueilli avec amabilité et professionnalisme, un grand merci à elle

Ustensiles de cuisine assez usé (poêle avec le revêtement abîmé...). La cafetière est une cafetière Italienne pour 2 personnes, nous avons dû acheter des dosettes lyophilisées. Mur de la douche rebouché avec du papier et un couvercle de casserole. La propreté n'était pas complètement au rendez-vous : mur de la cuisine et sèche-serviette de la salle de bains tachés Décoration de la table (fleurs artificielles poussiéreuses) Problème d'arrivée et de débit d'eau chaude dans la douche Dommage que ce bel appartement ne soit pas bien entretenu car il est bien situé

Posizione eccezionale.
