A surcharge of 20 EUR applies for arrival after check-in hours 19:00 until 22:30, From 22:30 and 2:30 am applies a surcharge of 40 EUR applies. After 2.00 am a surcharge of 60 EUR applies. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. According to the municipality of Bologna, the heating system can be activated from mid-October until mid-April. As for the air conditioning, it can be used from June 1st. Please note that no free towel/bed linen change is included during the stay. It can be requested during the stay for an additional cost.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. The location, the comfort. The apartment is clean and very central. We loved it!

It would have been nice to have more toilet paper and something to have a morning coffee.

Location. However it is very noisy due to the fact that the apartment is in the busy street

There was not any coffee , tea , sugar not even a bottle of water , not enough toilet papers for 4 days . Rooms do not have doors.

Being in the city center

The facility did not have a parking lot. Parking is a big problem. There wasn't even water in the fridge. I think the price- benefit balance is bad.

"Gem in middle of Bologna!"

The apartment's location is exceptionally convenient, nestled in a prime area that provides easy access to local attractions. The hosts are outstanding, consistently going above and beyond. Regarding the accommodations, the apartment was a delightful surprise, offering both comfort and elegance, with thoughtful amenities that catered to all our needs. Additionally, the cozy atmosphere of the place was nothing short of superb, enveloping us in a homey and inviting ambiance that made our stay truly memorable.

While the apartment provided everything one could desire for a comfortable stay, guests should note the absence of an elevator.

"Excellent location with clean, fully equipped apartment."

Location was excellent, within easy walking distance of main square, shops, eateries, and attractions. Apartment air con was good & particularly effective in heat wave at time of stay, washing machine worked well & kitchen contained all requirements. Good water pressure which supported excellent shower facility.

Bed was too soft, but this is obviously a personal choice.
