A surcharge of 20 EUR applies for arrival after check-in hours 19:00 until 22:30, From 22:30 and 2:30 am applies a surcharge of 40 EUR applies. After 2.00 am a surcharge of 60 EUR applies. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. According to the municipality of Bologna, the heating system can be activated from mid-October until mid-April. As for the air conditioning, it can be used from June 1st. Please note that no free towel/bed linen change is included during the stay. "Perfect location to get acquainted with Bologna"

Spacious apartment in the perfect location. Beds and sofas are comfortable and the kitchen is well-appointed. The bathroom is up to the usual Italian standards.

Bedrooms are much colder than the living room. Having to dispose of the rubbish upon leaving is definitely a hassle.

Great location, just 100 meters from the main square. You feel part of the historical city and it is nice to walk to all the major attractions. At the same time easy shopping around and lots of good places to eat. Good choice!
