This is an incredible period property in the heart of Bologna. The location is incredible. The rooms are comfortable and the amenities are basic but do the job

This really was in the most amazing location. It was in such a central place, it was so easy to use as a base for our exploration of the city. We really liked the spacious apartment, as a family of four.

the location was supreme. However we arrived on a Sunday and our taxi was prevented from access to the main square and street entry - resultingly we had to walk 200 meters to the apartment through a tourist crowded piazza. and also had to wait outside before someone came to let us in.

the apartment appeared shabby and required an extensive clean. Dried flower arrangements were covered in dust, some light bulbs were not functioning. There was no finesse in the interior to make our stay comfortable. Bathroom did not have suitable toiletries - the only toiletry was 2 x soap pumps one on the basin and one in the shower stall - one pump was dry and the product in the other was not identifiable. We purchased our own toiletries from the supermarket. A half depleted toilet roll in the bathroom is not inviting. the room presented on the booking .com site as upmarket - and classical interior design - we discovered many flaws.
