Very beautiful lake and Mountain View with neat pool area and Olive Garden. Quiet village, 30 min walk to the lake on adventurous trails. The apartment was well equipped, even with dishwasher. (Make sure to read the description of each apartment carefully, the equipment and comfort is different!!) The staff was really nice and always available via WhatsApp

The mattress of the double bed was very thin and uncomfortable. One night there was a party of other guests at the pool with loud music until after midnight. We had to switch the apartment for the last night. There we did not have a dish washer and several kitchen equipment was missing, also no air conditioning. For one night it was ok but really hot on the top level. We had trouble with a stable wifi connection during the whole stay.

Comfy bed, nice view from our windows/balcony, good size apartment. We got some snacks for breakfast, that was good.

The shower only had curtains around and every time we showered it flooded the whole bathroom...very annoying. The toilet was too high, my feet couldn't even touch the floor while sitting on it, it was very uncomfy really and I have an average height. It was quite noisy in the mornings and we could hear everything from the apartment next door, the walls are quite thin... The instruction video they sent us was very misleading at a point...they showed us something that looked like an AC and when I asked why it's not working they said they don't have an AC yet. Then I asked them what is that machine then and I got no answer...whatever. The amount of kitchen items are okay for a couple of days, but if you want to stay longer and want to cook a proper meal then you will find it's not very well equipped. All together it was an okay stay, but not sure if I want to come back here.

The hotel is located up the mountain and there is no public transportation or Taxi service available whatsoever. You have to rent a car just to be able to buy some food and drinks. The stairs to the upper bedroom level are very high and narrow, you have to climb them very carefully. The high ceiling had long Cobwebs and dust on it. There were many insects inside the house. There was a flickering lamp in the house which I asked the staff to fix and they simply ignored me on whatsapp. After eating dinner at the hotel restaurant, two of us got food poisoning and were very sick for the rest of the trip (vomit and diarrhea.) My boyfriend tried to arrange a marriage proposal for me and asked the staff to assist him with buying some roses petals but they (Kiara) only came up with dirty and rotten leaves, and since he was very sick, he gave up the whole thing. The staff were very rude to me at the checkout. They (Kiara) demanded that I would clean the house before I leave, claiming that this isn’t a hotel and that the rule requires to leave the house in the same state you received it. She yelled at me and was very angry about the way my younger siblings left the next door house. I told her that it’s normal for young people not to clean especially since they had to catch a train after breakfast and had no spare time. They apparently broke two glasses, which I paid 20€ for. Kiara gave the money to the cleaning lady and said that it’s for her discomfort and that she isn’t supposed to clean my siblings mess. Eventually, after checking me and my spouse’s house, she agreed that we left it normal and said I don’t need to clean it. She also said that I need to teach my siblings to clean after themselves. I recorded the entire conversation with her.

Scenic location, plenty of parking, comfortable apartment

The only thing we didn't like so much was that the windows were very small so apartment was quite dark and you couldn't look out at the cracking view when the weather wasn't so good or the beasties were out. The stairway up to the bedroom was steep and very narrow which was fine for us but some might struggle

In absolute love with this place! Amazing view, absolutely no noise, very nice rooms and staff. Restaurant was also very good and reasonable price

Pay attention if you are with small children or dogs, the bed is ont be second floor with a quite steep stairs
