Very close to the station, very spacious. Excellent communication from beginning to end. Staff sent a video how to get the keys once paid in full which was invaluable. Contact was also by WhatsApp, answered queries almost at once.

Very noisy at night.

Great location really close to San Giovanni train station and less than 10 mins to the lake. Lots of space, very clean and AC was good to have. The kitchen is fairly well equipped to cook simple meals and the bathroom is spacious.

It was quite noisy from the main road - bring ear plugs! A couple of minor things are missing in the kitchen but hopefully they'll be sorted. Overall it's a very good apartment 🙂

Die Lage war perfekt für uns.

Das Schlafsofa ist so durchgelegen, dass man fast lieber auf dem Boden schläft, dazu quietscht es enorm! Auf alle Fälle sollte es ausgetauscht werden. In den Schränken war es wirklich schmutzig und man hat nicht mal eine Decke für jede Person oder Kissenbezug gefunden!!

Lokalizacja na plus, blisko do dworca. Dwa balkony super, można jeść śniadanie na zewnątrz z całkiem fajnym widokiem

It's neat apartment with all the basic amenities. Very clean and cool even in the hottest day of summer.

The sofa bed is quite uncomfortable, and street noise at night can be disturbing

The location from train station and como center is perfect in our opinion. Aircon worked really well and it was in both living room and bathroom. Lots of accessible information.

Short on toilet paper. cups and glasses had to be steeped and scrubbed to get rid of a smell, i get that if they arent used inbetween stays they arent cleaned but they should be to keep the cupboard smell away. Bed covers quite thin, we did have aircon on however this was more for air quality we were cold and fighting for covers. The ironing board is done, its mabye time for a new one, couldnt get the foam to attach back on. Overall clean but could be doing with a deep clean i.e balcony corners, and airfreshners We underestimated how loud it is!
