Great location from train & into town & lake Como Spacious Great shower but small cubicle! Washing machine

No coffee pods & apparently G Clooney doesn’t deliver even when you are on Lake Como! Very noisy from the street at night & early morning traffic

Very nice sized place with a great location. Having a washing machine was great.

The shower door did not close well but it was not really that much of an issue.

Dodo Red is clean, modern and well appointed. It is super conveniently located adjacent to Como San Giovanni train station. It is away from the tourist centre of town, but its only a few minutes walk. Access procedures are available on YouTube video and are easy and well-explained. A great supermarket is only a few minute stroll away.

The one main drawback is the traffic noise immediately below the apartment. It can be reduced largely by closing doors and windows, however, in mid-Summer fresh air is much appreciated. Also, take note of the control mechanisms for the door and window shutters, positioned behind small adjacent flaps. They can be brought down to reflect the afternoon sun and reduce the temperature of the apartment. The air conditioner seemed underpowered but the shutters are there as are two decent electric fans.

The AC did not work at all! The apartment was like a sauna. The sole AC of the whole apartment was stuck on 32 degrees. We contacted the staff multiple times but with no result. In the end they didn't even respond to our messages anymore. We are unsatisfied with the way we were treated. We didn’t get what we paid for! It was unbearable to sleep. We opened the windows at night but the street was incredibly loud and there were no mosquito nets. I wouldn’t recommend this accomodation to anyone travelling in the summer
