Perfect location, very spacious rooms and strong AC.

As mentioned in previous reviews, very noisy at night. And also the wifi was terrible.

Close to train, spacious.

Very noisy all night and day with traffic, no air con in bedroom and it doesn’t work well in main area.

-> Location was great - 2 min from train station (San Giovanni, which operates the trains from Milano) and this was very convenient; also the lake was very close as well (just a few minutes walk) -> Lovely views from both balconies, we drank out coffee in the morning there and some wine for sunset Spacious apartment offering all basic things needed for a great stay in Como

-> Location is great but on a main street hence quite noisy during the evening / nights - if you are a light sleeper, consider this aspect -> The second bed (sofa) was not great - we found an additional mattress in the closet and we had to put it ourselves on the bed as it was not there from beginning and the first night we slept without it and woke up to some back aches

I recently stayed at this apartment and overall had a pleasant experience. The space is comfortable and well-equipped, meeting all the basic standards for a short stay. One of the biggest advantages is its location — it's just a short walk from the train station, which made getting around very convenient

However, it's important to note that the apartment is situated on a very busy and noisy street. If you're sensitive to noise, especially during the night or early morning, this might be a downside. Earplugs helped, but the traffic can still be quite loud.

The water pressure was very good. So good in fact, that if you turn on the shower all the way the shower head will go flying off the handle and spray water everywhere, be advised not to turn it on full blast. The location is excellent, you really couldn’t be any closer to Como San Giovanni station. Very close to a 24 hour market, the promenade, food, shops, the ferry. We walked to all those things. Location is excellent, I thought the bed was comfortable and I loved the big windows. The balconies are awesome to sip some coffee on as a Nespresso machine was provided. The pictures of the balconies could be better because I enjoyed the tree and Mountain View and the pictures don’t do it justice. If you stand on the Edge it’s good people watching. Go down to the market or Bring some Nespresso original line pods and you’re good to go. Also be advised you must go to the other location to sign documents and show your ID.

The ONLY thing I didn’t like was that, as other reviewers have said, it was VERY loud from the street traffic at all hours. But I read the reviews and I brought ear plugs which helped.

Excellent location for the train station and the old town and the lake front. Very useful having a washing machine. Good contact with owners and easy check in.

The apartment is on a very busy road, nothing can be done about that, we always travel with earplugs , you will need them. Otherwise a lovely apartment in a great spot.
