Well equipped. Well located. Good price

I had trouble locating the property, as the street numbers did not run consecutively and I didn’t realise that the street turned into stairs. I rang the agent 3 times and no-one answered. The agent did not answer my booking.com messages for 24 hours. I found the apartment cold, especially in the bathroom.

San Gimignano We wanted to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary, so we traveled to this beautiful region for this occasion. The apartment was beautiful, clean, equipped with everything and in a great location. The heart of the city was really just a few steps away from us, where we had the feeling of walking there as if we had traveled back to the Middle Ages. We spent a fantastic 5 days there, exploring the area. We left this much beauty behind with a heavy heart. Google maps didn't take us to the exact location, but helpful, kind people helped us! Location was excellent. The space was very nice and well equipped. It was comfortable and spacious.

We were there in August and we needed all of the provided fans for evening comfort.

Esteticamente molto carina

Purtroppo nelle stradine sottostanti e’ pieno di bidoni del l’immondizia e all’alba iniziano a scaricare i netturbini con i motori del camioncino accesi…le strade sono strette con mura alte pertanto rimbomba qualsiasi rumore

Beautifully appointed apartment in a great location

There is no air conditioning. There were no fans. I had to go searching in the cleaners cupboard to find a fan.

Modern, clean apartment with great facilities. Great communication with the host. Option to book a private garage at the local carpark.
