Everything was excellent — the location is simply ideal. We rented two houses, and both were very clean and absolutely wonderful. The staff are very attentive and well-organized; they provided us with all the necessary information and responded very quickly. The location is so perfect that there are dining options and shopping areas right nearby. Highly recommended from me.

Great location, the apartment was spacious, well equipped, comfy, with a design very much to my liking and located in the heart of the city, very close to shops and the cathedral. I also enjoyed a few lovely details such as the posters on the wall, the Japanese teapot, a travel book on the lake area, a small dose of olive oil in the kitchen, etc.

If I really had to find something I would say that I had to pick up the keys at a different location from the apartment, it took around 10 minute walk. On departure day I was requested to return the keys to the locker at the same location, which was not on my way and I had luggage with me. Happily I was able to leave them in the apartment in the end! Also I could not get the caffettiera to work because the stove was induction-based. The nespresso machine also went on strike at a certain point with the capsules, fortunately there was always tea to save the day!

La posizione dell'appartamento è perfetta, a 5 minuti a piedi dal lago, dalla stazione dei treni più vicina e per chi viene in macchina a 5 minuti a piedi dal parcheggio coperto. La casa è accogliente e c'è tutto quello che serve.
