"Comfortable and not too far to town center"

The rooms were large and comfortable. We really appreciated the friendly and helpful host. Parking was simple and on the road in front of house. There was a grocery store very close and it was not too far to the historic part of Modena.

La proximité du centre historique de Modène (15 minutes à pieds). La gare à 2 kms, en voiture, avec un parking gratuit (porta Nord) L'accueil de l'hôte, extra, avec un français impeccable. De bons conseils. Merci pr l accueil! La clim, non négligeable en plein mois d août 😉 Il y avait tout ce dont nous avons eu besoin..

Les Moustiques sont très présents en août.. nous n avons pas pu profiter de l extérieur.

Das Appartment ist sehr groß, es ist eine Wohnung der Eltern der Gastgeber, das Möbel und die Einrichtung sind gut erhaltene alte Stücke, uns hat es gefallen. Die Entfernung vom Stadtzentrum ist ca. 15 Min zu Fuß. Wir konnten mit unserem Hund kommen.

Das Schlafzimmer (Schränke und Bett) sind neu - von Ikea od. ähnlichem, Bett war nicht ganz bequem, der Garten war bedingt nutzbar, da nicht eingerichtet für einen Aufenthalt. Unseren Hund war er auch bedingt nutzbar.
