Appartamento Giardino Verde

It’s a lovely and relaxing place, sparkling clean and spacious, all equipped, we found everything we needed there!! The area is fantastic also, quite and peaceful, very close to the downtown and from the main sites to visit in Modena, it’s besides a huge supermarket, easy commute to everywhere and full of parking lots… The host is amazing, very friendly and always available in case of some necessity, I really felt like home there! I totally recommend it…

Nothing. I’d say the property is exactly as described.

Second time I have been there. Apartment is 10 min away by foot from Modena city entre but still quiet. Hosts are mega friendly and provide valuable Tipps where to go. Appartement is very spacious and everything is available what you need. The place to be if you are looking for comfort, peace and short Distance to All Directions.

The hosts were helpful, friendly, and always ready to answer any questions. The location was handy for exploring the old town and the stores nearby. The apartment was well-equipped and very comfortable. We had stayed here a few times before Covid and this was our first time back after Covid. We intend to come back again and highly recommend this place.

Excellent host, spacious apartment with a house feel, cosy and warm, close to the beautiful historixal sites.

An electrical kettle would be handy for tea lovers ;). But we just boiled the water in a small casserole.

Very nice, quiet apartment around 15mins walk from centre of Modena ( 30 mins to train station) Very comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine. TV with Netflix. A very nice pasticceria just round the corner for croissants and other bakery goods in the morning and very nice cakes. Loads of good places to eat in Modena with recommendations from the owner, who is lovely. A kettle and some mugs rather than coffee cups would have made it perfect, but we managed to make tea with a pan! Unfortunately due to recent rain the garden area was a bit muddy to use, but on drier times would have been nice. Lots of places to see in Modena and easy to get to Bologna, Parma and Mantova by train.

Owner was so friendly and helpful. Location is 15 mins walking distance to the main cathedral. Spacious apartment. There are free parking places on the road.
