Appartamento Giardino Verde

Very comfortable huge apartment with garden. Not to far from center of Modena, with very comfortable parking. Hosts are very friendly. Everything was perfect. Recommend for stay and visit all of Emiglia Romana attractions

Very central. Very spacious. Very nice host. Gave us valuable Tipps e.g. were to get wiper blades And we got a farewell gift. Highly recommendet

Spacious, comfortable and clean. It is in a quiet area yet close to the center. Extremely gracious hosts.

Room is large, and you can also park in front of the house. Beds were comfortable, too. It was really cozy.

the property has excellent facilities; in the kitchen there were both a microwave and a dishwasher in addition to cooktop and oven. there is a clothes washer which is great for visitors on an extended vacation. the hosts kindly organised a taxi on our departure.

the property is 15 minutes walk from everything; both the city centre and the closest supermarket. this was no issue for us but it makes it more difficult to enjoy night events in the city for younger guests. some sharper knives in the kitchen would be a good addition.

Very old facilities (lots of old utensils but no sharp knives and no wineglasses) and some utilities did not work; for example it was impossible to get hot water in the kitchen tap and the oven only seemed to function on grill. Uncomfortable bed. Dirty (greasy) oven. The whole apartment smelled slightly bad (perhaps of dog)

Spacious apartment with all needed amenities in a good quiet location (walking distance to the center) with a garden where kids can roam free and super friendly host. Parking right in front of the house for free. I doubt that there is a better place to stay in Modena!
