Fantastic view and central location

The apt has all the new amenities. The location is within walking distance of restaurants, and shops.

Apartment was great and Luigi was very kind

Stunning location, parking is free in a car park below the property, once parked take the lift up to town centre location and you are just 2 minutes away. The view from the terrace is outstanding. If you stay here you are in the middle of all the restaurants and bars. The restaurant in the same building was super, very friendly and great value. We also ate at the ‘butcher’s restaurant’ absolutely superb. The apartment itself is beautiful, could not ask for more & the communion from the host was great. Highly recommended.

Luigi very kindly waited for me at the appartmento although I didn't finish walking the Via Francigena until after 9pm. He was a lovely host and I could whatsapp him with any questions. The appartmento was very spacious and well-equipped.

We loved the central location in town, and the apartment interior is completely new, very comfortable, spacious for two of us and clean, with a wonderful view from the balcony, where we had our lunch. The host Luigi is very kind, thorough and helped us with parking. I highly recommend it!

There were noises from the street the first night, which is normal from the location

Amazing location, San Miniato is a beautiful little town and the apartment was perfect. Highly recommend this property.
